The Mandalorian Cosplay Project – Pre Vizsla & Bo-Katan Kryze

Inspired by Star Wars: The Mandalorian, this project features fully handcrafted cosplays of Pre Vizsla and Bo-Katan Kryze, created from scratch for competitive convention display.

Both costumes were designed, fabricated, and assembled entirely by hand. The process included costume construction, 3D design and printing of props, as well as detailed finishing work such as painting and texturing. Key elements—including helmets, jetpacks, weapons, and armour pieces—were individually developed to ensure screen-accurate detail and durability for convention use.

The project was first showcased at Comic Con Cape Town 2025, where it won the Casual Cosplay Competition. It was later re-entered at Comic Con Cape Town 2026, where it placed third in the same category, reflecting both craftsmanship and continued refinement of the build.
